Hello, new fan here! I was introduced to BTS Universe through the BST MV. Now I’ve watched all the videos and starting reading translations of the novels and the webtoon. Beware of BTS Universe spoilers below.
I can definitely see how BST Korean and Japanese MVs connect to the solo songs on Wings. But so far I have not seen how the roles seen in those videos connect to the Notes and webtoon plot.
I am so here for Taehyung with the fallen angel/Lucifer imagery (probably why I’m now V bias – see [this thread](https://twitter.com/hopekidoki/status/996292324765270016)) but so far this role doesn’t seem to be fully revealed in the Universe. BST also has similar imagery with Yoongi -> Jimin and then Namjoon -> Jungkook. A lot of the videos have Jungkook in a sacrificial lamb role, which might contrast with Taehyung’s.
My question is what are the current theories about how BST/Stigma/Fake Love/DNA fit into the wider role of the Universe, and what are the theories about what’s going on with Taehyung especially? Stigma implies that Seokjin is stuck in his role because of Taehyung, and the Stigma MV suggests Taehyung is pulling the strings, whether intentionally or unintentionally. So far the only clue in the Notes/webtoon seems to be Taehyung’s prophetic dreams.
I am totally here for “evil”/morally ambiguous Taehyung so I hope there is future payoff/reveal lol.
