I didn’t mention this in the post, but I have just realised that my method of eliminating members from nomination means that the last round won’t really be a vote at all, it’ll just be the last member left. Which brings me to my question, should I ‘reset’ the nominations so any member can be nominated for the last round? Does anybody have any suggestions? To be clear, I don’t think it’s impossible to pick the right member through process of elimination, but it would mean that we’d all have to think ahead before casting votes and nominating.
