Everything GREAT About TWICE: The Best Thing I Ever Did (2018)

1.) The MV is perfect, it didn't needed any CGI, special effects or whatsoever. It's just TWICE being not just a group but a family and I don't understand why the MV didn't got that much views. I mean it may be only a lead single for a repackaged/special album for Yes or Yes but this one was done really well.

2.) The lyrics are very bittersweet and the MV fits the tone and emotions of what the song is trying to express. Itsimply tells how do we feel and what we want to say to a loved one when we rather miss or having them on our side in holiday season. The chorus is my most favorite part, the line "The best thing I ever did was that I never broke up with you and that we are still together" is so touching.

3.) The MV telling a story in backwards also benefited for the song to fit with it. We can still consider that the shift of the emotion from loneliness to happiness from the start of the MV until end, but in my opinion I think the MV was rather showing TWICE bonding together as like their "final moment" before they start to separate ways to continue what's next for them ahead in their own journey.

4.) Oh, this is going to be a tearjerker once they sing to this song at their last concert.

5.) I love how since the album it represents serves as like another TWICE's christmas- inspired made, this song has became a tradition in TWICEland as one of the must-listen TWICE songs when December arrives every year.

6.) Again, JYP did a great job by participating on writing and producing this song along with Collapsedone.

7.) The MV was shot in Mongolia, becoming one of their music videos to be filmed outside Asia. Based on my research, the places that were featured here was in the city of Ulaanbaatar and Gorkhi-Terelj National Park.

8.) Glad that this song atleast made it into the charts such as Billboard K-Pop 100 and World Digital Song Sales, as well as in Japan's Hot 100.

9.) About the girls though, they all look stunning and gorgeous here. The styling also was done well, it did matched the setting of the MV.

10.) Lastly, I find it interesting how they ended 2017 in a very uplifting song for Christmas with Merry And Happy then the following year, they decided to lift the mood and attempt to have ONCEs enjoy their time with them in tears of joy through this song. Another example of how good TWICE are when it comes to versatility, if I may say.
