  1. Very sweet song! I quite liked it, not boring but not as in-your-face as sheesh and batter-up. Fits the girls. I think the song would have benefited from bit chiller raps, but i still like it. And 3:32 minutes song feels almost blessing at this kpop climate

I enjoyed this! On first listen is it is a *little* bit disjointed but idk I loved every singular part so much that I didn’t care.

Amazing song and music video. And I fell in love with that pink dress pharita wore, I want it in my life.

What a fun track!! I especially liked the “dancing in the moonlight” pre-chorus.

This is my new favorite song of theirs. It feels more suited to them, rather than the base standard YG sound that made it feel like they were straight copying BP or 2NE1

  6. this is definitely a step in the right direction for them! they suit this synthy, club sound honestly. now let’s just hope YG doesn’t undo it in their next comeback.

  7. Ohh I absolutely love the sound of this one. I’m really glad they decided to work with the director who made IVE’s “I AM”. Easily my fav MV and song of their discography so far.

  8. After the first listen Im kinda flabbergasted in a good way, need to listen like 10 more times to say anything else

Something about this is familiar to me. The sound of that prechorus and the chorus too ig but I can’t describe it.

Really different to what they’ve been putting out, lots of parts I liked.

ETA: It’s reminding me of the Pepsi song IVE did (I WANT). The concept was giving me I AM vibes, with the whole high fashion classy thing but I think I know what I was hearing now.

ETA 2: Ava Max – So Am I has a similar chorus sound too. I can’t think of others at the moment but it’s like a melody?

3 min song in this economy? Feel like its sample of something. Not the best, at least no weird break like sheesh

The problem with bm problem they are all over places, yg hasnt figured out their signature sound

  11. It feels a little disconnected for now. Will give it a few more listens on spotify to form a proper opinion.

  12. 1000% improvement from sheesh for me. The song reminds me of an Ava Max song. You’ll know what I’m talking about if you listen to any of her songs. On first listen it’s not that memorable but I’m sure it will grow on me.

  13. This is easily my most favorite song from them so far and probably one of my favorite releases this year too. The song reminds me a lot of around late 2000s pop era (but I’m not sure it feels really familiar…in a good way)

Anyway all members are really gorgeous and the MV is pretty well done this time. Hope it does very well.

LOVE THE SONG so infectious ✨✨ They look so good on the MV too like each member shined! I loved the Dua Lipa No Rules scene at the start. The raps ate, the vocals delivered, the visuals SERVED and that bridge wow I am in tears BABYMONSTER FOREVER 🫶

this is a fun song, i dont think it is their best song, but i really enoyed it

I love this. My favorite song of theirs! The raps are amazing, especially Ruka and Asa killing it! Rora and Chiquita sound so good too ❤️ the prechoruses are really really good. Very pretty MV too, the Visuals and the ourfits are exquisite.

Only thing that slightly throws me off is that repetition of the forever syllables, but not that bad to make me dislike an otherwise great song

  17. It’s giving I Am, it’s giving 2NE1’s I Love You, it’s giving SITM Remix, it’s giving What You Waiting For… needless to say, I really enjoyed this track! Other than Like That, I think this is going to be their best track for me.

I guess the only complaint I have is the ad-libs being drowned out in the chorus, but I heard the Spotify version, and it doesn’t sound as jarring.

Definitely more of a first like at first listen, but there’s some bits that bug me so much, that I wish weren’t there or were different. I really wanna freaking love Babymonster it’s visceral!! they are so talented. another win from YG it’s always with their ggs. They always make me an addict.

Omg the ending is so fucking good !!! anyway i cannot wait for the album. That’s only a pre release right?

No complaints about the song, it’s the type that grows on you. I like it better now that I listened to it the second time. But genuinely asking… why do yg group mvs mostly occur in a mansion, a hotel, or a high end setting, have zero to little storyline, and are mainly just cuts of members in different angles?

  20. I like the direction they are going with this, with a good focus on vocals while still showing off their rapping prowess.

  21. Real_Imagination_180 on

Im going to go against the grain and say that this is mid, it can’t stick to one beat and is completely forgettable.

This is easily my favorite release from them. The MV, the chorus, the rap, and even the ending chorus were pretty much flawless. Bravo YG
